We are looking for an experienced Property Administrator to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, and experience in a similar role.
Key Tasks:
- Lead the billing and collections operations, ensuring effective working relationships with customers, facility managers, and property operation teams.
- Manage their own portfolio of buildings, administering the full property administrative function from lease onboarding to accounts payable and cash book reconciliation.
- Oversight and streamlining of billing processes, ensuring month-end closing of the billing group functions, and maintaining quality assurance for all processes.
- Respond and mitigate billing escalations, upload tenant charges into MDA and reconcile to the accounting system, and assist in ensuring invoices are delivered to customers accurately and in a timely manner.
- Train and lead a team of property administrators, assisting with AR related special projects as necessary, and conducting weekly and monthly ledger reconciliations, aging review, and reporting to direct supervisor.
