We're on the hunt for a dynamic Property Admin Lead—someone who thrives in a fast-paced property environment, knows how to keep admin tight, and has a knack for rallying a team to hit those collection targets and deadlines. You'll be the go-to person making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes, and that both tenants and team members feel supported.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

You'll wear a few hats, but your mission is simple: keep the admin machine humming, collections flowing, and people smiling.

Collections & Performance

  • Guide your team to success—set targets, monitor progress, and jump in where needed.
  • Troubleshoot issues and follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Keep weekly check-ins meaningful and focused.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Ensure your supervisors and team are submitting accurate reports on time.
  • Pull together high-level performance insights for the Admin Manager.

Tenant Care

  • Build solid relationships with tenants—especially high-value clients.
  • Handle account queries directly when needed.
  • Keep account adjustments, recons, and rate calculations flowing without delays.

Team Engagement

  • Be the kind of leader who inspires loyalty and performance.
  • Deal with internal issues quickly and fairly.
  • Create space for learning—train, coach, upskill, and prep for growth.
  • Make onboarding smooth and effective.

Billing & Financial Accuracy

  • Assist with rent roll prep and investigate discrepancies.
  • Personally handle key accounts until they're ready to hand over.

System Management

  • Keep Rentroll and MDA info current and accurate.
  • Ensure data entered by your team is reliable.

Back-up & Support

  • Be ready to back up the Support Office Team Leader when needed.
  • Keep daily comms going with the Admin Manager—share updates, concerns, and plans.

Projects & Legal Coordination

  • Drive project rollouts and ensure legal file submissions are complete and accurate.
  • Support audits and annual municipal calculations by pulling the right people together.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED

  • A degree in Business Admin, Real Estate, or similar.
  • 2+ years in property admin or management.
  • Solid knowledge of property processes, great with people, and strong on detail.
