Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Motor Assessing Costing Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting final repair calculations, processing payments, and ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct final repair calculations, including labour rates, discounts, and utilization of repair panels
  • Process payments and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures
  • Authorize repairs via Audatex and ensure that all stakeholders are informed
  • Identify trends and provide recommendations for continuous process improvement
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with repairers, suppliers, and service providers to ensure seamless communication
  • Assist with MBR complaints and queries and ensure solutions are followed through

Requirements

  • 2 years' experience in motor claims end-to-end process
  • Matric (NQF 4) qualification
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of TIA/MIA and Audatex
  • MS Excel experience
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluent in more than one language
