Electrical Systems Specialist

The Legends Agency is seeking a skilled Electrical Systems Specialist to join our team. As an Electrical Systems Specialist, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment within our manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical systems to identify potential issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues related to large moulding machines and other production equipment.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure all machinery and equipment operate efficiently and effectively.
  • Assist in the installation and commissioning of new machinery and electrical systems.
  • Ensure compliance with electrical codes, standards, and safety protocols.
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work conducted.
  • Provide support during machine setup and changeovers to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems and components used in the plastics manufacturing industry.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical diagrams, schematics, and blueprints.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Strong commitment to safety and adherence to safety protocols.
  • The ideal candidate will have a minimum N3 qualification, be Trade Tested, and possess experience in the plastics manufacturing industry.
