  • The ideal candidate will support the Head of Enterprise Risk in implementing and maintaining our bank's risk management framework, including developing, implementing, and continuously improving the risk management framework, policies, and procedures.
  • This involves identifying and assessing risks within the enterprise and operational risk categories, facilitating risk reporting, and contributing to the development and implementation of controls, risk indicators, and mitigation strategies.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Risk Management, Economics, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., FRM, CISA) is advantageous.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in risk management within the banking or financial services sector.
  • Strong understanding of risk management principles and practices, as well as familiarity with regulatory requirements and international standards.
