  6. Daily line inspections and repairs.
  7. Carry out PRAGMA inspections, adhoc, breakdowns and preventative maintenance.
  8. Shutdown action plan and execution.
  9. Safety custodian for area of responsibility and ensure compliance.
  10. Shutdown resource allocation.
  11. Standby duties and call-outs.
  12. General housekeeping and ensure OHSAct compliance.
  13. Record and achieve set KPI's.
  14. Waste reduction and elimination.
  15. Training of department maintenance team and process controllers.
  16. Rebuild and continuous improvement projects/initiatives.
  17. Reporting of unsafe acts and conditions.
  18. Ensure Process Controllers adhere to process controls standards.
  19. Maintain standards in the plant and adhere to all safety rules and procedures.
  20. Maintain production machines, electrically driven machines and electronic control gear React to breakdowns expediently.
  21. Diagnoses, fault finds and repairs equipment failures so as to effectively minimise machine downtime.
  22. Dismantling, fault detection, repairing.
  23. Maintenance, reconstruction and installation of machinery.
  24. Propose modifications to equipment for better performance or safety improvements Control Job Card information and conduct checks.
  25. Active involvement in the developing implementing and maintaining Preventative Maintenance System.
Requirements:
  • Millwright Trade Test Certificate Electrical.
  • Computer Literate.
  • SAP spares ordering experience.
  • MECHANICALLY Sound and ELECTRICALLY Strong.
  • PLC experience.
  • Hand-on approach and pride in work performed.
  • Total commitment to product quality.
  • Plan, organize and control costs.
  • Minimum 3 Years qualified as an Artisan, with experience in maintenance in an Electronic engineering environment.
  • Programming and Fault Finding.
  • Knowledge of Safety Rules and Regulations.
