**POSITION DETAILS**
- Fault finding and repair equipment in FCSD.
- Perform any electrical maintenance and installation on equipment.
- Quick execution of emergency work orders.
- Adhere to safety requirements.
- Ensure that all equipment is maintained and operated properly and safely.
- Repair visible defects in all PDC’s.
- Communicate and escalate all recurring defects.
- Ensure availability of critical spares
- Continuous improvement techniques.
- Always maintain good PPE practices
- Maintain the toolbox and tools in good condition.
- Maintain the workshop/Repair station in a good 5S standard.
- Plumbing and carpentry

**PERFORMANCE MEASURES/ SUCCESS CRITERIA**
- Excellent Communication Skills, verbal and written.
- PC literacy, MS Office Excel, Word.
- Ability to do fault finding and work on your own.
- Electrical knowledge.
- Variable speed drives, maintenance, and adjustments
- Basic PLC fault finding ability.
- Knowledge of Electronics, Proficient in soldering
- Lifting equipment - Hydraulic scissor lifts.
- Use of root cause analysis tools and implementation of Permanent Corrective Actions.

**QUALIFICATIONS and EXPERIENCE**
- N3 Plus Trade Test Certificate (Millwright)
- 2-3 years Maintenance/Electrician experience in Automotive industry.
