Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Designing and implementing network architectures that meet our clients' requirements.
  • Configuring and provisioning network equipment and services.
  • Monitoring and troubleshooting network performance and health.
  • Providing training and support to team members and clients.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience as a Network Engineer, preferably in a data center environment.
  • Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.) and security principles.
  • Proficiency in monitoring and management tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios, etc.).
  • Experience with network provisioning and configuration of routers, switches, and firewalls.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively train and collaborate with team members and clients.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for on-site support and client engagements.
