Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Regular Updates: Provide regular updates to senior management on office progress and key performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with compliance, IT, finance, HR, and facilities teams to ensure seamless operation.
  • Optimize Systems and Processes: Analyze and optimize systems and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Relevant Bachelor's Degree: Possess a relevant Bachelor's degree and 15 years of experience in a similar leadership role.
  • Strong Leadership Skills: Demonstrate strong leadership skills with emotional intelligence.
  • Excellent Multitasking Abilities: Exhibit excellent multitasking and time management abilities.
  • Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills: Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
Estimated Salary Range

R175,000 - R250,000 per annum, depending on experience.
