  • This role will play a critical part in enhancing financial operational efficiency and delivering key financial insights to help shape and support the group's strategic direction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership and interpersonal skills while managing financial operations.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team.
  • Prepare and present monthly financial reports and analyses to senior management for decision-making.
  • Ensure the integrity of the group's financial statements, including consolidated balance sheets, cash flow positions, and forecasts.
  • Ensure compliance with all financial and tax regulations.
  • Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare financial presentations for the executive team, Audit and Risk Committee, Board of Directors, and shareholders.
  • Manage relationships with the group's financial partners, including external auditors, banks, investors, and shareholders.
  • Oversee strategic financial planning and analysis to support investment decisions, capital projects, and other strategic opportunities.

Requirements:

  • A CA (SA) qualification is required.
  • 10 years of proven financial management experience, providing strategic financial guidance and reporting at a group level.
  • Leadership experience in managing finance teams within a diverse group structure.
  • Strong strategic thinking and financial acumen.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
