Job Summary:
Status Asset Management is seeking a highly skilled Financial Administrator to join our finance team. As a Financial Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the accuracy of our financial records and supporting the senior accounting team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate and timely bank reconciliations to align financial records with bank statements.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, including bookkeeping tasks such as processing invoices, vendor payments, and customer payments.
- Assist with preparing monthly management accounts, including processing monthly journal entries, such as payroll and accruals.
- Perform monthly Balance Sheet reconciliation, including Intercompany accounts.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Assist the Group Financial Controller with month-end closure.
- Support the Group Financial Controller in the external audit process.
Requirements:
- Accounting/Finance Diploma or Degree or related field.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role.
- Experience working with ERP systems, preferably Xero.
- MS Excel Advanced (Non-negotiable)
