  • Manage and maintain administrative databases, including project programs and deadlines
  • Assist with team timesheets, overtime approvals, and other administrative tasks
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation
  • Prepare for client visits, including arranging catering and logistics
  • Support staff with administrative tasks, as needed

Requirements

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
  • Fluency in written and spoken English, with strong spelling, grammar, and proofreading abilities
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and prioritize tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, requiring occasional overtime and weekend work. The successful candidate must reside in Cape Town and have an uncapped 20Mbps (up/down) minimum Internet Connectivity line.
