Your primary goal will be to create inspirational luxury travel itineraries that exceed our clients' expectations. This will involve securing, costing, and presenting product to agents and guests accurately and efficiently.

  • You will build relationships with agents based on trust and support, attending relevant familiarization trips as required.
  • Liaise with the Reservations Manager on sales potential and agent development for all bookings.
  • Provide continuous communication and excellent service delivery to agents at all times.
  • Keep Agents' booking information updated in the ARM, including likes/dislikes and booking habits.
