Job Title: Commercial Business Development Manager

About the Role:

Tiger Brands is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and revenue.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyse market trends and customer needs to develop targeted sales strategies
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and business objectives
  • Negotiate and manage customer relationships to secure new business opportunities
  • Monitor and evaluate sales performance to ensure maximum ROI
  • Develop and implement effective sales promotions and marketing campaigns
  • Manage and control expenses within agreed budget

Requirements:

  • Over 3 years' experience in commercial business development or sales
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Estimated Salary: R1,200,000 - R1,500,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
