Festival Season Sales Manager

Astral Operations Ltd is a leading player in the FMCG industry, and we are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team.
About the Role:This is a unique opportunity to lead our Retail team during the festival season and drive revenue growth through effective sales management.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales Leadership: Develop and lead an efficient sales force to drive revenue growth.
- Customer Relationship Management: Grow strong relationships with critical customers and groups to increase profitable share.
- Sales Planning: Compile and drive Annual Sales Plans to achieve sales targets.
- Sales Administration: Manage daily/weekly sales administration, ensuring timely resolution of customer complaints and maintaining excellent customer service.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership, with a minimum of 7 years experience in the FMCG trade. They should be able to work in a highly pressured environment, be punctual, and able to work overtime as required.
Requirements:
- Sales Experience: A minimum of 7 years experience in the FMCG trade.
- Leadership Skills: Proven track record in sales leadership.
- Computer Skills: Be computer literate – MS Office.
