Hire Resolve is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fulfill the combined role of Senior Tenderer and Assistant. In this position, you will be responsible for managing the tendering process for major construction projects while providing comprehensive administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop accurate cost estimates by reviewing project requirements and specifications.
  • Analyze project scope, materials, and labor requirements to determine the most cost-effective approach.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary information and resources for tender submission.
  • Develop detailed bid proposals that clearly outline project costs, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Present bids to prospective clients and respond to any questions or requests for additional information.
  • Collaborate with project management and construction teams to ensure a smooth transition from bid submission to project execution.
  • Provide administrative support, including managing the CEO's calendar, scheduling appointments, and preparing documents.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails, respond to inquiries, and direct to the appropriate parties.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience with a diploma/degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Experience with full tender process.
  • Proficiency in programming (MS Projects) and tender software (CCS).
  • Strong negotiating skills.
