- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Experience handling full Tender Process.
- Programming (**MS Projects**) experience.
- Tender Software Experience (**CCS **etc.).
- Measurable knowledge and experience in respect of civil services, infrastructure development as well as **bulk pipelines.**:

- Efficient management in terms of planning, administration, cost and time.
- Very well negotiation Skills - maintaining good client relations.
- Attention to detail.
- Work well under pressure.

**Salary**: R70 000,00 - R90 000,00 per month
