Senior Tenderer

West Coast Personnel is seeking a highly skilled Senior Tenderer to join our team in Wellington. As a Senior Tenderer, you will be responsible for handling the full tender process, from preparation to submission.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement tender strategies to secure contracts
  • Manage and coordinate tender teams to ensure timely and accurate submissions
  • Prepare and submit tenders, including tender documents and supporting materials
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure tender requirements are met
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in civil engineering or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of tendering processes and procedures
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Valid driver's license
