Job Title: VP - Operations

As a key member of our leadership team, the VP - Operations will be responsible for driving business growth and operational excellence across the organization. This role will focus on developing and implementing strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Transformation: Lead the development and implementation of business transformation initiatives to drive growth, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Operational Excellence: Develop and implement operational excellence strategies to improve process efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • People Management: Lead and develop a high-performing team of operations professionals to drive business growth and operational excellence.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and develop and implement solutions to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities for business growth and develop strategies to pursue those opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in operations, business transformation, or a related field.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to develop and implement business strategies, ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
