Fempower is seeking a highly skilled Winder Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical trade and a minimum of 7 years of experience in commissioning, fault finding, and repairs on winders. The successful candidate will possess excellent technical ability, communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include:

* Commissioning, fault finding, and repairing winders
* Maintaining and troubleshooting electrical and mechanical equipment
* Ensuring compliance with mine health and safety standards
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals

Requirements:

* Grade 12/Std 10 (NQF Level 4) or equivalent
* Electrical trade certificate
* Relevant 3-year/N4 diploma or equivalent in an engineering field
* Minimum of 7 years of experience in winder operations

Preferred qualifications include:

* Completed Impala winder modules
* PLC training on Mitsubishi, CTI, Siemens, and Code sys
* Computer literacy
