Job Description

  • Coordinating the assignment of support tasks to technical support staff based on expertise and workload.
  • Managing the ticketing system to ensure accurate recording, classification, and prioritization of support requests.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in an IT Operations managerial role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated customer service skills and an ability to work with a team of varying levels.
