Strategic Business Development Executive

Salesworx, a leading hygiene and sanitation solutions provider, seeks a Business Development Specialist to join their team in Gauteng. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, as well as developing and executing business strategies to drive sales growth.
The ideal candidate will have exposure to manufacturing, agricultural, and food processing sectors, as well as an understanding of food safety regulations.
Duties:
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.
- Promote the company's products through effective sales strategies.
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve target sales growth.
- Manage customer relationships to build trust and loyalty.
- Collect and analyze sales data to inform future sales strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless sales execution.
- Present sales reports to senior management to track progress.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the hygiene and cleaning chemical industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive sales growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong customer relationships.
