Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Internal Sales Manager to join our team at Zest Worx. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our internal office sales team, developing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction, focusing on key performance indicators such as sales volume, customer acquisition, and retention rates.
  • Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring timely and effective communication with customers, and maintaining accurate records of sales activity.
  • Train and develop a high-performing sales team, focusing on skill development and customer engagement, and providing regular feedback and coaching to ensure team members are meeting performance expectations.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to drive business growth.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of sales experience, with a proven track record of success in a fast-paced service environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and drive business growth.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and data analysis tools.
