Key Responsibilities:

Proactive Outreach and Sales:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling and canvassing.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet the unique needs of each client.

Client and Lead Provider Relationship Management:

  • Foster and maintain strong business relationships with clients and lead providers, ensuring ongoing engagement and satisfaction.
  • Actively manage and nurture a portfolio of clients, regularly reviewing coverage options and facilitating policy renewals and revisions.

Policy Documentation and Quotation:

  • Prepare and present accurate and comprehensive policy documentation to clients.
  • Provide clear and concise quotations to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits and value of our products and services.

Meetings and Reporting:

  • Attend regular sales meetings and contribute to the discussion of sales strategies and tactics.
  • Present progress reports to management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.

Professional Development:

  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and new products to provide the best possible advice and service to clients.

Additional Duties:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales plans and strategies.
  • Participate in the recruitment and training of new staff members.
