Key Responsibilities:
Proactive Outreach and Sales:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling and canvassing.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet the unique needs of each client.
Client and Lead Provider Relationship Management:
- Foster and maintain strong business relationships with clients and lead providers, ensuring ongoing engagement and satisfaction.
- Actively manage and nurture a portfolio of clients, regularly reviewing coverage options and facilitating policy renewals and revisions.
Policy Documentation and Quotation:
- Prepare and present accurate and comprehensive policy documentation to clients.
- Provide clear and concise quotations to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits and value of our products and services.
Meetings and Reporting:
- Attend regular sales meetings and contribute to the discussion of sales strategies and tactics.
- Present progress reports to management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
Professional Development:
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and new products to provide the best possible advice and service to clients.
Additional Duties:
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales plans and strategies.
- Participate in the recruitment and training of new staff members.
