As a Sales and Service Optimization Manager at Performability, you will play a critical role in driving growth and improving performance within our dealership network. This is a key position that requires a deep understanding of the automotive industry and dealer network development.

About the Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing market trends and customer demographics to inform long-term network development strategies. You will also work closely with dealerships to identify new opportunities, monitor performance, and implement improvement plans to drive sales, service, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Market Research and Analysis: Identify new dealership opportunities in target markets through market research and strategic planning.
  • Performance Enhancement: Monitor dealership performance, implement improvement plans, and ensure sales, service, and customer satisfaction targets are met.
  • Strategic Planning and Relationship Building: Analyze market trends and customer demographics to inform long-term network development strategies and build strong relationships with dealerships.
  • Compliance and Training: Ensure dealerships meet brand, operational, and customer service standards and develop training programs to help dealers improve performance and customer experience.
  • Financial Oversight: Work closely with dealers to review financial health, improve profitability, and support expansion plans.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 8-10 years in the automotive industry, with 3-5 years specifically in dealer network development or sales management.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, strategic thinker, excellent communicator, skilled negotiator, and relationship builder.
  • Knowledge: Deep understanding of dealership operations, market analysis, and financial management.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).
