As an Installation Coordinator at HR Supreme, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of our fire detection installations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Compiling quotes for installations, including tenders, projects, small installations, system modifications, and upgrades.
  • Emailing quotes to clients and submitting tender documentation.
  • Following up on the approval of quotes.
  • Obtaining quotes from suppliers.
  • Contacting clients and consultants to schedule introduction/sales appointments for the sales team.
  • Loading leads on the eWorks system.
  • Loading new projects and jobs on the eWorks system.
  • Informing Admin of any new clients that need to be loaded on our systems.
  • Scheduling all installations efficiently and cost-effectively.
  • Informing clients of work to be done, delays experienced, or issues on site.
  • Ordering required equipment for installations and planning its availability to the installation timeline.
  • Arranging for equipment collection and delivery to sites, if necessary.
  • Obtaining daily feedback from installers on their progress and amending the installation schedule accordingly.
  • Ensuring installations are completed within quoted budgets and timelines.
  • Arranging for system commissioning upon completion.
  • Notifying the service department of new services or additional time required due to modifications.
  • Preparing documentation upon installation completion, including job cards, installation checklists, panel downloads, and certificates.
  • Coordinating with clients, technicians, technical supervisors, support, and company management for all installation-related matters.
  • Communicating all installation-related information via the installation coordinator.
Other Responsibilities

In addition to the above, you will also be responsible for:

  • Reception duties.
  • Administrative functions.
  • Performing any other tasks required by the company from time to time.
