We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Administrator to join our team at Kontak Recruitment. The ideal candidate will have a combination of tele sales and administrative experience, with a strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

The Sales Administrator will be responsible for handling tele sales, including responding to customer queries related to pricing, stock availability, and delivery schedules. They will also capture and process customer orders, generate invoices, and update orders on the courier portal for dispatching.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle tele sales and respond to customer queries
  • Capture and process customer orders
  • Generate invoices and update orders on the courier portal
  • Manage customer communications through various channels
  • Provide timely follow-up with customers regarding product deliveries and resolving any issues
  • Maintain and update customer information in the Palladium CRM system
  • Liaise with customers to introduce new products and services
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve monthly group sales targets
  • Ensure all administrative tasks are completed efficiently
Requirements
  • Proven tele sales and administrative experience
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong team player with a drive to meet and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Palladium CRM preferred)
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or service-based environment
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused approach
