Job Summary:


The IT Delivery Manager: Financial Planning, Consolidation will be responsible for leading the development and operation of IT products and services throughout their entire life cycle. This role requires a strong understanding of financial planning and consolidation processes, as well as experience in managing IT projects and teams.


Key Responsibilities:


Financial Planning and Consolidation:



  • Develop and implement financial planning and consolidation processes for IT products and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business strategies and objectives.
  • Manage budgets and investments for IT projects and services.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

IT Project Management:



  • Lead IT projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Manage project resources, including personnel, vendors, and contractors.

Team Leadership:



  • Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
  • Collaborate with team members to define project goals, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure team members are aware of and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Communication and Collaboration:



  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including executive leadership, business partners, and customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business strategies and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, contractors, and other external partners.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration within the team and with external stakeholders.

Education and Experience:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in IT project management, financial planning, and consolidation.
  • 5+ years of experience in team leadership and management.
  • Strong understanding of financial planning and consolidation processes, as well as experience in managing IT projects and teams.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
