About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Customer Support Agent to join our team at Four Point 0.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Understand Customer Needs: Develop relationships with customers by understanding their requirements and providing exceptional support via email, phone, video conferencing, and face-to-face interactions.
  2. First Point of Contact: Manage initial interactions with prospective customers, evaluating their potential needs and introducing them to relevant products and services or sharing qualified leads with colleagues.
  3. Be a Brand Ambassador: Represent Four Point 0 as the first point of contact for new customers, ensuring excellent customer experiences.
  4. Maintain Service Levels: Be aware of and maintain target service levels, particularly for service-related matters such as response times, resolution rates, and order processing.
  5. Order Fulfillment: Process customer orders accurately and timely, provide regular updates, and promote the company website to enhance the customer experience.
  6. Quote Pipeline Management: Manage quote pipelines through regular follow-ups, ensuring quotes are resolved and closed on the system.
  7. Return Merchandise Authorization: Handle returns, conduct basic product testing, and ensure transactions are not delayed.
  8. Documentation: Record all relevant customer information on the ERP report log, including complaints, technical cases, sales orders, and customer records.
  9. Internal Collaboration: Ensure excellent internal communication with other departments to maintain customer satisfaction.
