Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Agent to join our team. As an Airline Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from customers, resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner, and providing accurate information about flight schedules, fares, and other related topics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Deal with complaints and issues related to flight delays, cancellations, and other travel-related problems
  • Provide detailed explanations of airline policies, procedures, and services to customers
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex issues and achieve customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update customer information as necessary

Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent experience in a call center environment
  • 1-4 years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
