Technology Transfer Administration Coordinator

About the Team:
We are a team of professionals dedicated to supporting the Director: Technology Transfer Office and the eResearch Office. Our team is passionate about technology transfer and committed to providing excellent service to our stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage the Director's daily schedule, including forward planning of workload, diary management, and coordinating relevant paperwork.
- Set appointments and meetings for the Director as requested, including regular one-on-one meetings with the Director and direct reports.
- Service meetings by preparing meeting papers, obtaining and preparing briefing materials and presentations, and taking minutes when necessary.
- Respond efficiently to electronic or verbal enquiries for the Director and other staff.
- Liaise effectively with internal divisions/departments and external organisations on behalf of the Director.
- Assist the Director with impending work deadlines for both internal and external commitments, such as reports, presentations, conferences, and projects.
Requirements:
- National Higher Certificate or Equivalent qualification at NQF Level 5.
- Minimum of 3-5 years' relevant Technology Transfer administration experience within the Higher Education Sector.
