As a Quality Assurance Inspector at QIMA, you will be responsible for conducting on-site quality inspections at our clients' suppliers' factories and warehouses. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our clients' products meet the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct visual inspections, functional testing, and packaging checks to identify any quality issues
- Record your findings against our clients' product quality checklists and reference samples
- Write detailed inspection reports based on your findings, adhering to our reporting format
- Meet tight report deadlines to ensure timely delivery to our clients
- Participate in comprehensive training on our best practices and industry requirements for Softline and hardline inspections
- Proven experience in quality management, particularly in the Hardline industry
- Knowledge of AQL standards and relevant safety and quality regulations
- Practical experience with Hardline products
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
- Strong attention to detail and professional ethics
- Ability to travel and adapt to flexible working hours/days
- Able to read, write, and understand shipping documents, packing lists, and inspection reports
- Patient and meticulous with details, with a strong sense of responsibility and honesty
