Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute medical strategies that align with business objectives and support the development of innovative assets
  • Identify and prioritize key stakeholders, including clinical and medical oncologists, and develop targeted engagement plans
  • Provide scientific support for product launches and ongoing promotional activities, including medical writing, speaker development, and training programs
  • Stay up-to-date on all clinical developments in specific therapeutic areas and provide insights to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with external experts to advance the company's medical affairs initiatives, including publications, advisory boards, and medical education opportunities

Requirements:

  • PhD or Masters in Pharmacy/Pharmacology or medical sciences
  • At least 3-5 years experience in a medical affairs role within pharma, preferably in oncology
  • Advanced communication, medical writing, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
