We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Training and Skills Development Professional.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Conduct thorough training needs analyses to identify key skill gaps.

  • Design, implement, and manage innovative training programs that meet the needs of our diverse workforce.

  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to create high-quality training materials, including presentations and videos.

  • Track training attendance and evaluate program effectiveness through metrics and assessments.

  • Lead induction training for new employees and develop comprehensive WSP and ATR submissions.



About You



  • You must be a motivated individual with a talent for creating engaging and high-quality training materials.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role.

  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently are also required.

  • Experience in the insurance or financial industry (3-5 years) is highly advantageous.

  • Knowledge of legislation affecting Financial Services Providers and the Skills Development Act is also desirable.

  • Facilitation experience and the ability to engage with audiences at all levels are essential for success in this role.



Qualifications



  • A relevant diploma or degree is required for this position.

  • RE1/RE5 certification is highly advantageous.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint, is essential for creating high-quality training materials.

  • Bilingual communication skills are a plus for this role.
