  • Receive loaded and validated deals, convert and conclude the actual sale, and structure deals as per the clients' needs
  • Meet production targets (sales objectives), such as Rand Value, Non-interest Revenue, Value, Added Products
  • Conversion of Approved New Business Applications, First Time Approval, Number of Outbound Calls / Productivity
  • Lead Management within agreed standards
  • Contribute to profitability and managing returns, and provide quotes within mandates, as pre-defined on the system
  • Prepare credit submissions for judgmental assessments
  • Implement people resource planning in line with delivery and performance objectives, on budget and in partnership with specialised areas

Requirements

  • Minimum Qualification - Matric
  • Preferred Qualification - Diploma in Sales and Marketing or Related field
  • Experience - One to three years in Sales and Marketing, call centre environment (in/out), financial industry
