Duties & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary user of the Syspro system, training and supporting team members in its optimal use, ensuring adherence to established processes and procedures.
  • Coordinate with other departments to align internal sales operations with organizational needs, managing order books, production planning, stock control, and credit management.
Requirements
  • Matric certificate (with strong mathematical skills)
  • Relevant tertiary qualification will be beneficial
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word & Excel); familiarity with ERP systems preferred
  • Bilingual proficiency
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work within defined parameters
  • Calm, consistent, and capable of working under pressure
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate a team
