Your primary focus will be on managing the overall operations of our business, including finance, human resources, office management, client relations, compliance, and risk management. You will work closely with senior management to identify and mitigate operational risks that could impact the company's performance.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience working in professional services. You will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation in operations processes, spotting opportunities for growth and identifying weaknesses within the firm.
