We are seeking a skilled professional to enhance operational excellence in our Customer Contact Centre. As Contact Centre Operational Excellence Manager, you will be responsible for providing managerial leadership and functional expertise, overseeing the operational customer interfacing aspects of the centre.

Your primary objective will be to develop and implement effective strategies to continuously improve service delivery, ensuring that we meet and exceed customer expectations. Direct customer interaction enables us to build strong relationships and surprise customers with exceptional service.

In this role, you will report into the Senior Manager Contact Centre Operations and manage Team Leads who ensure their Customer Service Agents have access to the necessary tools and development opportunities to deliver outstanding service.

A key aspect of this role is scheduling a 40-hour work week according to a planned weekly schedule (any five days from Monday to Sunday, including public holidays), while adhering to legislative requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Improve customer satisfaction through effective communication and relationship-building
  • Ensure seamless integration with other business units to drive customer loyalty
