The position is responsible for executing export transactions, working closely with Business Development and Key Account Managers to deliver on current and new business opportunities.

We are seeking an experienced coordinator with expertise in exporting FMCGs and fresh produce to international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client enquiries or provide quotes for potential and existing clients.
  • Implement financial procedures for confirmed orders, including shipping instructions, supplier confirmation, and documentation.
  • Execute confirmed orders, negotiate shipping requirements, and issue shipping instructions.
  • Support and backup Business Development and Key Accounts Managers as needed.

Minimum Experience Required:

  • Knowledge of the export process, INCO Terms, and export costings expertise.
  • Experience with exportation of mixed goods containers and fresh produce.
  • Computer literacy and advanced knowledge of Excel.
  • Knowledge of export costings, exchange rates, and foreign currencies.
  • Working knowledge of export documentation.

Requirements:

  • Driven and determined individual with excellent attention to detail.
  • Numerically minded with strong analytical skills.
  • Multi-tasker who takes pride in their work and enjoys a pressurised environment.
  • Proactive and assertive with good interpersonal skills.
