Sales and Service Operations Coordinator

As a Sales and Service Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales team performance across the country. Your responsibilities will include managing team schedules and territories, setting sales objectives, and planning training programs. You will also provide critical support to team members in increasing productivity through appointment scheduling and ensuring they have up-to-date materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Urgent Support: Handle urgent calls, emails, and messages for Sales and Service representatives when they are unavailable.
- Pre-onboarding and Contract Management: Prepare onboarding paperwork for all 4 products and assist with contracts/orders until completion.
- Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work with other departments to ensure timely handling of sales, marketing, risk, deployments, CIT, and finance queries.
- Filing and Reporting: Maintain filing systems, prepare reports, and provide financial information to the finance department.
- Product and Service Promotion: Enhance the attractiveness of the company's products and services to potential customers.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Assist in collating data and presenting up-to-date reports to Regional Managers.
- General Administration: Perform general administration tasks to support the team and Regional Managers effectively.
- Ad-hoc Tasks: Complete ad-hoc tasks as required.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Law, or Communications.
- None to 2 years of experience/graduate.
