Capital Recruit seeks an experienced Business Development and Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the sales team achieves its objectives.

You will oversee the scheduling and territories of the sales team members, set sales targets, and plan training programs to enhance their performance. Additionally, you will assist team members in increasing productivity by scheduling appointments and providing them with up-to-date support materials. Furthermore, you will collaborate with other divisions within the company to ensure seamless coordination between sales, marketing, and delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by handling urgent calls, emails, and messages when Sales and Service representatives are unavailable.
  • Prepare onboarding paperwork for all products and facilitate contract/order completion processes.
  • Collaborate with other departments to promptly address sales, marketing, risk, deployments, CIT, and finance queries.
  • Maintain accurate filing systems to track sales records, generate reports, and provide financial information to the finance department.
  • Develop strategies to make the company's products and services appealing to potential customers.
  • Collect and present up-to-date data and reports to Regional Managers to inform business decisions.
  • Perform general administrative tasks to support the team and Regional Managers effectively.
  • Ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Law, or Communications.
  • 0-2 years of experience or recent graduate.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $65,000 per annum (dependent on location and experience).
