Job Title: Logistics Sales Coordinator for Nightshift Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Logistics Sales Coordinator to join our team in Pretoria. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for coordinating logistics operations for nightshift sales.

About the Role:
  • You will process orders received, arrange shipment, and ensure the smooth and efficient movement of goods/products to customers for order fulfillment.
  • You will receive orders via customer portals and process them efficiently.
  • You will qualify, confirm, check product availability, and load orders on Syspro.
  • You will confirm pricing, provide quotations, receive Purchase Orders, create invoices, and send them to clients.
  • You will liaise with planners, production, and warehouse teams regarding orders received.
  • You will update and save Order Books once all releases are updated.
  • You will communicate with clients/buyers throughout the order and delivery process.
  • You will build and maintain client relationships.
  • You will attend to and resolve queries and disputes timeously.
  • You will prepare and complete all documents for shipping, including delivery notes.
  • You will create and print labels, ASN, collection bins, packaging instructions, and send them to the Warehouse.
  • You will monitor and track shipments to ensure they are delivered on time and in full.
  • You will perform Syspro reconciliations to verify Order Books are aligned with customer orders.
  • You will do credit notes and debit notes according to requests received from Finance.
Requirements:
  • You must have a Matric/Grade 12 with Mathematics or a Tertiary qualification.
  • You must have MS Office and Syspro expertise, as well as Customer Relationship Management Systems and Logistics software experience.
  • You must possess excellent problem-solving skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
  • You must be systems-driven and have good communication skills (verbal and written).
  • You must have financial knowledge, supply chain knowledge, and familiarity with shipping regulations, customs, and freight procedures - local and international.
  • You must be able to manage your time effectively and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • You must have attention to detail and be able to prioritize tasks accordingly.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in Sales & Logistics coordination, preferably within a manufacturing/engineering environment.
