About the Role
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key accounts within the organization and acting as a liaison between manufacturing facilities, customers, and company management.

Foster strong professional relationships with customers and consistently improve their satisfaction and retention by:

  • Acquiring new customers through lead generation and outreach initiatives
  • Researching customers' individual or business purchasing needs
  • Serving existing customers by optimizing current purchase plans
  • Adjusting sales tactics based on new insights in the field
  • Informing management of customer purchase actions
  • Maintaining monthly and bi-monthly minimum targets
  • Conducting market research and monitoring competitor activity
  • Providing proactive recommendations to customers
  • Maintaining documentation of customer contact and account updates
  • Meeting or exceeding monthly/annual sales targets
  • Submitting weekly call reports and monthly sales reports
  • Coordinating regional sales strategy and execution with the marketing department
  • Understanding and promoting company product and service programs

  • Keeping customers informed of order status from receipt to end-stage production

  • Coordinating collections and deliveries of orders with relevant transporters
