Job Description:

At Yanolja Cloud Solution Pvt. Ltd., we're seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Business Development Representative.

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for sales, technology, and hospitality to leverage their skills and expertise in driving business growth.

Responsibilities:
  • We are looking for someone who can follow up on inbound marketing leads, identify qualified opportunities, and provide relevant information to interested prospects at the right time.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for cold calling into prospects generated from various outside sources.
  • They will profile strategic accounts, identify key individuals, research business requirements, and present solutions to initiate the sales cycle.
  • Scheduling appointments and demos of eZee Products/Services will also be a key responsibility.
  • Ocassional visits to local properties to demonstrate SAAS may be required.
  • The successful candidate will ensure smooth follow-through of the sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification information in the CRM application.
  • Preparing reports by collecting sales information and statistics will also be part of this role.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2+ years of sales experience and a true passion for sales is essential.
  • Strong and professional communication skills are necessary to engage with potential customers.
  • Fluency in English and other regional languages such as Zulu, Xhosa, etc. depending on the location is required.
  • Excitement for new technology and a strong technical aptitude will be beneficial.
  • Great phone presence and the ability to excite potential customers will also be evaluated.
  • Hospitality experience or Hotel Tech/SAAS sales experience will be advantageous.
  • A positive and outgoing attitude with the ability to manage numerous requests and time demands concurrently while achieving production goals will be highly valued.
  • Time management skills and the ability to promote a sense of urgency for reaching goals and key deliverables will also be assessed.
  • A personal vehicle, laptop, and good internet connection will be necessary for this role.
