About IOCO

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to lead the design and management of our ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architecture and Development: Own and evolve the ServiceNow architecture, ensuring alignment with business objectives and long-term strategy. Develop and implement ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications, integrations, scripts, and workflows.
  • Platform Administration: Perform daily administration of the ServiceNow platform, including user management, access controls, system upgrades, and security configurations.
  • Troubleshooting and Support: Manage service requests, incident resolutions, and troubleshooting to maintain optimal platform performance and minimize downtime.
  • Catalogue Management: Create, manage, and deploy ServiceNow catalogue items, reports, dashboards, and automation solutions to improve operational efficiency.
  • Compliance and Governance: Ensure adherence to ITSM best practices and maintain compliance with governance frameworks and security policies.
  • Integration and Collaboration: Lead the integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise applications and external systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide training, support, and guidance on ServiceNow usage and best practices.

Your Expertise:

  • A minimum of 6+ years of ServiceNow Development and Administration experience, including operational tasks such as catalogue maintenance and system updates.
  • Strong expertise in ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, or CSM.
  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow design and development.

Advantageous Skills:

  • Strong experience in custom ServiceNow application development and integrations.
  • 5+ years with ITSM tools and platforms as well as ticket and change management life cycles.
  • Experience managing automation and workflow improvements.
