Marketing Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team at Dante Personnel in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive business growth and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute marketing plans to achieve business objectives, including market research, competitor analysis, and campaign development.
  • Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels, including social media, email, and print.
  • Campaign Execution: Plan, execute, and measure the success of marketing campaigns, including event management, content creation, and budget management.
  • Database Management: Develop and maintain a database of customer and prospect information, including contact details, preferences, and interaction history.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reporting and analysis on marketing performance, including metrics such as website traffic, social media engagement, and lead generation.
Requirements:
  • Education: Degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Skills: Strong marketing skills, including campaign development, brand management, and database management.
  • Tools: Proficient in marketing software and tools, including CRM systems and social media management platforms.
