Document Management Coordinator

At Dante Personnel, we are seeking a skilled Conveyancing Secretary to join our team in Pretoria. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our document management processes.
About the RoleWe are offering a competitive salary of R250,000 per annum for this position. This is a full-time opportunity that requires a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in Word and Excel.
Responsibilities- Providing administrative support to our conveyancing team, including data entry, document preparation, and record-keeping.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, both physical and digital.
- Developing and implementing effective document management systems and processes.
- A Matric qualification or equivalent.
- Experience working with E4 and Stordoc software would be beneficial.
- Prior experience in a conveyancing or related field would be advantageous.
