About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Client Support Specialist to join our team in Stellenbosch, Western Cape. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service and support, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive support to clients and stakeholders, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Develop and implement effective onboarding strategies for new billers, streamlining the process and enhancing overall efficiency
  • Manage multiple portals and inboxes, maintaining accurate records and meeting compliance specifications
  • Collaborate with the customer relations manager to address complex issues and escalate concerns when necessary
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Finance or Accounting
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the Financial Services or Payments industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • A stable internet connection and strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and deadlines
