At iSanqa, we are seeking an Agile Leadership Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for providing active and regular mentorship to other Agile Masters, supporting multiple Feature Teams in complex Products/Sub-products up to Domain level, and providing key insights into the evolution of Agile KPIs in complex Agile Teams to improve efficiencies at an organisational level.
Key Responsibilities:- Mentorship and Coaching: Provides active and regular mentorship to other Agile Masters, guiding them in their Agile journey and ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
- Team Support: Supports multiple Feature Teams in complex Products/Sub-products up to Domain level, working closely with Product Owners and colleagues across multiple sites/locations to ensure good collaboration and value adding outcomes.
- KPI Monitoring: Provides key insights into the evolution of Agile KPIs in complex Agile Teams, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance team performance and efficiency.
- Qualifications: IT Degree and/or Agile Master Certified 6+ years of Project Management experience or equivalent qualifications.
- Experience: At least 10 years' experience in the IT/Software DevOps industry is essential.
- Certifications: One or more of the below: Certified SAFe Release Train engineer (scaledagile.com).
