Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Senior Healthcare Customer Service Representative to join our team at TTEC. As a key member of our customer experience team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers, resolving complex issues, and providing solutions that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming communications from customers, providing timely and accurate responses to their inquiries.
  • Conduct research to provide answers for customers, ensuring that their issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve customer satisfaction and team goals.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge in customer service and healthcare.

Requirements

  • 2 or more years of customer service experience, preferably in the healthcare sector.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work a night shift schedule, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
  • Computer experience, with proficiency in software applications and technology.
